about

This album is chants for the elements of life: Earth, water, fire, air and ether. Gabriella taught and practiced Polarity Therapy for years. One of the aspects of Polarity is working with these elements and to teach them to her students, she wrote songs and chants about them! She has many lovely memories of singing in a circle with her students as they "grocked" the elements through song. Beginning and ending with "Ether" the Mother element of all, she carries us through the cycle of elements as it moves from the Beyond State into the physical world and returns ultimately to the Beyond State again.

This album is great for meditation, relaxation, chanting or singing.
