This CD is a re-issue of Gabriella and Mark's first two tapes (remember them?!) made in 1990 and 1991. Originally titled "Blessing for the New Soul" and "So Close", Gabriella and Mark Malachi worked closely together on these early projects. Several of the songs they wrote together (Rose's Song, Every Question Has It's Answer, How Lucky She Was) can be considered some of their best work. Mark also contributed a beautiful piano solo in "Picture Book" and "You Are" a piano and vocal of his own.

Gabriella and Mark have done so much work together over the years. It is all precious but these early songs, in the honeymoon of their spiritual journeys has special poignancy. They are solid in their union as they soar towards the sky through this music.
